What is this white powder on the surface of my cracker?
As an artisanal producer, we take great care in hand-baking what we make.
Because we use baking trays in the time-honoured way, we dust the trays with a little flour to prevent what we have baked from sticking to them.
So from time to time you may find traces of flour on the surface of our crackers but please be assured that they do not affect the quality or flavour of our products.
